Forest City Swing is a non-profit organization focused on the community to provide fun and family-oriented entertainment. We invite anyone who would like to learn to swing dance to our Thursday night events. We meet at Mt. Olive Lutheran Church gymn 2001 N. Alpine Rd in Rockford each Thursday night. We only ask for $3.00 admission to help pay for the rental of the building and expenses! People of all ages are welcome.

General Information
When swing dancing, please dress comfortably. Wear dance shoes, dress shoes or tennis shoes. We ask that you do not attempt any aerials for safety reasons. We also have water and pop available.

Admission to $3.00 at the door.

All the admission goes toward paying the building rental, swing parties, our annual Swing Out Rockford event. At each Swing Out Rockford event we donate the net proceeds and money collected on Thursday nights to Charities in the community.
